This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled amongst the trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax and enjoy the fantastic outdoor living space at this expertly designed private retreat. This luxurious home boasts over 3,200 square feet of living space, a fantastic outdoor living space, and a private hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas stone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
•The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and direct access to the hot tub. The attached bath has a large soaking tub, tile shower, dual sinks, and heated tile floor.
•The guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed, smart TV, and has direct access to a bath w/shower directly across the hallway.
•The junior master on the second floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath w/shower.
•The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
•The bunk room off the bonus room is furnished with two sets of twin over full bunk beds.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras facing the front of the house.

The owners are extremely quick and responsive. The house was so clean and beautiful we immediately felt refreshed when walking in! It was perfect for our retreat, we had 3 couples and one individual guest. Plenty of space for meetings, great location! We had noticed showers not getting cold- they sent maintanence immediately and it was just a GI trip- we were so impressed how quickly they responded and handled it!We will absolutely stay again!!!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and spacious for our group. There were lots of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. There were also sleds available for for use which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the hot tub, and the fire pit was perfect for making s’mores. The host was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful information ahead of time, which made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely stay again.

We had our large family stay for four days around Christmas and had a lovely time! The house was plenty large enough for our family of 14, and provided ample space for both the adults and kids to relax and have fun. We loved how well stocked the home was with all the kitchen essentials as well as games and puzzles. The hosts were very helpful with quick responses whenever we had questions with anything too. Overall we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend.

Wildflower Lodge is the perfect family vacation for all ages. We brought three generations, ages three to seventy-four. And every person had a favorite spot in and around the house to chill or play.If you're gathering a group of girlfriends or looking for a reunion spot, Wildflower Lodge is the perfect pick.Whatever brings you calm, from cozy fires and comfy seating, to quiet walks and hot tubbing, to a karaoke machine, Foosball, and Ms. Pac Man, to sledding and snowball fights, the Wildflower Lodge has something for everyone in your group. We've been here twice now, and can't wait to come back.
