Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home is great for entertaining, with a fantastic garage game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. For those of you that enjoy hiking, biking, and XC Skiing this home is adjacent to Suncadia's trail system. Good Living Inn is the perfect destination for 3 families or up to 4 couples. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.
Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the outdoor patio and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large tub.
* The 2nd bedroom on the main floor is a bunk room which features a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps 6.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen junior suite with an en-suite private bath that has a large walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.
* At the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

Beautiful home. Very quick to communicate back about any questions. Only issue we ran into was the hot tubs screen wasn’t working for a bit and they had someone out within an hour or so to fix it for us! Grateful for such a cozy time away.

Loved the location and the physical lay out of the house, very conducive to a family gathering. Everything was in perfect working order. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Everyone agreed, best vacation home stay yet.
