Located right on the beach so beach access for most is so convenient and quick. You walk through the small pool deck to a very short wooden ramp right to the beach. The picture shows a mobi accessibility mat that appears to go out into the middle of the beach which it doesn’t. The mat pretty much just smooths out the bottom of the ramp. If you don’t need the mat, access is easy! I didn’t find the living room furniture and the guest king bed very comfortable. The master king bed is very tall! If you have any mobility issues and/or are short, the bed may be difficult for you to use. I was not able to utilize the king suite which was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed the large dining table which most other condos we considered didn’t have. The kitchen equipment was quite well stocked including a blender and multiple pots and glass baking dishes. The washer and dryer were handy for bathing suits and towels after each day at the pool or beach. Plenty of linens provided for a party of 5 adults.

Beach front, beautiful view! Balcony furniture was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable spaces! Kitchen needs a couple more dish towels, there was only 1. The frying pans are going to need to be replaced very soon as the coating is coming off and handles were very loose. We cooked several meals and needed a larger frying pan. Overall very satisfied! This is our 2nd time to stay at Grandview East and will for sure be back!

our host was incredible. when we had a minor issue (at no fault of their own), they had maintenance there the next day. property was exactly as seen in pictures. all staff was amazing, except one woman who claimed to have worked with security throwing accusations at us. but other than that, i absolutely will be back and had an amazing experience!

We worked directly with RealJoy company for all information. I would book with them again. They were very easy to do business with. The condo is in a great location, has gorgeous views, and is very spacious. However, this condo needs a deep cleaning - walls, doors, baseboards. There is black mold on the ceilings in both bathrooms. In the master closest to the beach, black mold is all over the shower. There is also a gross very rusted shelf that should be removed. There are very few pots and pans to cook with - we choose to eat in most days/nights. There was only one kitchen towel and one rag. I slept in the master closest to the beach, and the bed was comfortable but the bed skirt was very dirty. My sister said the bed skirt in the room with the queen bed was dirty and ripped. This is an easy fix. None o the TVs in the bedrooms worked. This is a great condo, but whoever owns it seems to have given up, and that is a shame because it really could be great!
