This property has everything you need for a beach vacation. It's well-appointed and well-stocked. Location is across the street from the beach making it very convenient. The area is quiet, away from all the shops and restaurants. The interior is starting to show a little wear and the carpet is loaded with sandspurs (laminate floors throughout would be great) but certainly not deal-breakers. I reported a few maintenance items, including a broken washing machine--which need attention.

The house is well-stocked, nicely appointed and convenient to the beach. It's away from the crowds but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. It has all the basic comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Not direct beach access with longer walk to beach than expected, ants were hungry, AC not able to keep cool, Deck needs attention to get rid of splinters, outside shower not ideal for anyone over 5'6" tall.
