There is so much to love in this tastefully decorated, downtown condo. The location, furnishings, spacious master bedroom, and open concept floor plan all attribute to its wonderful accommodations. Plus, there is a fabulous rooftop deck from which you can see the boats pass by while watching the downtown Grand Haven bustle complete with association grill.

Grand Retreat is on the second floor of The Grand Theater building.

INSIDE
Features include a large master suite with an attached bath and spacious closet, an additional guest bedroom plus full guest bathroom, cozy living area, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and private balcony.

OUTSIDE
Off the living room, you will find a private, covered balcony.

SLEEPING
This condo sleeps four. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The eat-in kitchen is ideal for vacationers - it's well-stocked and practical. There's lots of counter space and cabinets, all the major appliances (including a trash compactor), and all dinnerware and cookware. The center island with three bar stools is great for a quick bite to eat, or sit around the kitchen table for a more formal dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

THE LOCATION
Grand Retreat is right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. There are restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, toy stores, bars, all right outside the door. The fireworks, musical fountain, Worship on the Waterfront, are all featured at the waterfront stadium just down the block. The channel is right there as well and you can walk the boardwalk about a half-mile down to check out the lighthouse and beach. The Grand building has lots of history and character - it was once a cinema and since has been converted to the luxurious "Grand Theatre" condos.

PARKING
Free parking for one vehicle is available in the parking garage.
(Additional overnight parking is first-come, first-serve, and is located in the city lot behind the building. You will need to purchase nightly passes from the city at $5/night.)

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
