Hale Kamaole 152 Ground floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though unit 152 is dated and could use some updating, it is still one of the best located condos.Some of the kitchen supplies were lacking, but over all, we enjoyed our stay. The Hale Kamaole property is wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ground floor was excellent and had no trouble finding parking nearest our unit. Unit was at the far end of development and we spent most of our time on the lanai because of the great view. Near pool and bbq and enjoyed both. Could use more shade by the pool as there were only 2 large umbrellas. Excellent maintenance of the grounds. Bed in the unit was very comfortable and air conditioning ok but noisy. This unit could benefit from updating of the decor but we were outside most of the time. Got shade on lanai in the morning until about 1 or 2pm. Also could use a deep cleaning. Screen door very noisy. Had all the beach extras we wanted - chairs and umbrella. I would definitely come back to this complex but would choose a more updated unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual, the grounds are immaculately maintained and we love all the facilities. The unit is in need of some updating however. This is our third time staying in this particular unit (we love the location). There is carpeting in the living room area that appears stained (we actually had the carpet steam cleaned by your trade person last time we were there). The dishes are getting quite beat up and there is very little cutlery available in the unit. The door to the patio has never lock
