About this apartment rental

Located on the first floor of a historic home, Hall & Oaks has been redesigned and lovingly renovated by a local Savannah architect. A ton of style has been packed into this one-bedroom, one-bath garden apartment on East Hall Street, which can sleep up to four Lucky guests.

The spacious kitchen space is a chef’s dream, complete with stainless steel appliances and exposed brick and reclaimed wood walls. Enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar or a glass of wine while cooking dinner. You’ll have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The reclaimed wood wall continues into the living room, which has an inlaid beam ceiling, and sleek, mid-century furnishings. Relax on the large sectional sofa in front of the wall-mounted flat screen TV. The living area also features a writing desk, upright piano, and queen-size Murphy bed. The bright and cozy queen-size bedroom is anchored by a rich wood sleigh bed and dresser, and the adjacent bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with rain shower head.

You’ll be just across the street from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! The area adjacent to Forsyth Park offers a charming array of restaurants within walking distance - from fine dining at Saint Bibiana or Local 11ten to casual fare at Collins Quarter at Forsyth or Alexander's Bistro.

We loved this nice neighborhood and location right by Forsyth and Kroger. The place is better than in photos - it feels nice and fresh for being a lower level apartment. Good space for hanging out and nice bathroom. Easy to park right outside. The property mgmt company is super easy to contact.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location was great, and the bed linens were a treat. However, access to the entrance (steep steps and dark entry) is tricky and would be difficult for anyone who has accessibility issues. Also, it would be nice for there to be some everyday items such as salt/pepper, tissues, coffee, pad of note paper/pen, etc. provided on arrival. We arrived late at night and had difficulty seeing the numbers on the door lock and realized the next morning that we needed to go to the nearby Kroger for coffee. Finally, we would suggest changing the location of the microwave; its location under the counter, behind the cabinet door makes it difficult to use.
