First things first...house is in nice location/neighborhood and is great for large or multi family vacations. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a snag during the day of check-in process requiring a photo ID (which did not make sense since VRBO provides the arms length broker process and has my personal information versus sharing with an unknown third party) that we were thankfully able to work thru before the 4pm check in time. House was exactly as the pictures show and was very spread out, but also provides plenty of spaces to be close together. Backyard/pool was a great hangout spot for the family evenings. On the surface level it is clean, but definitely time for a deep cleaning. If these things were addressed, we would definitely stay here again.

The house is well stocked and very spacious. Highly recommend it for a large family to all stay in one place.

Absolutely loved our stay. House pics are very accurate. Communication with the owner was seamless. Very quick to respond to questions. Check in was smooth and easy. Great neighborhood and location.

The house had lots of room for bigger groups, well stocked in the kitchen, and the host was very quick to respond with any needs or questions.
