~Palazzo Toscano~ is a CUSTOM home of up to 4400 sq.ft with a PRIVATE HEATED POOL and HOT TUB combo with optional gas heating for your enjoyment, very popular with our guests! When desired, inquire for rates.
Great location for Spring Training, Golf and Tennis championships sites!
EACH GUEST ROOM IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan! So important!
Our home is the only property in the West Valley of Phoenix that offers UP to 13* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* for a larger of up to 24 guests or smaller groups.
If you are booking for a min 15 paid guests it's for 5 rooms (#1,2,3,4,6 as pictured),4 full baths:11 individual beds to share.
Reservations of up to 14 paid guests are for 5 rooms(#1,2,3,4,5 as pictured), 3 full baths: 10 individual beds to share.
The upgrade is available for an apartment suite(#6 as pictured) if you desire to add 3 more Queen beds to make it total of 13 ind. beds and 4th FULL bath to expand for smaller(14 or less guests)groups, inquire for rates.
You could also simply place 20 guests in reservation irrespective of actual number of guests to reserve entire home with 13 ind. beds at 6 rooms and 4 full baths.
Any invitees must be in reservation.

Palazzo Toscano was perfect for our group of 9 guys. We had a great time around the pool and hanging out in and around the house. Everything was described accurately in the listing. The house was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which is important in the desert climate.Anstasia was a great host and very communicative, before during and after. One of our group members left an item and she was gracious to help gret it sent back to him, which we appreciate.Would definitely stay here again the next time we are out this way.

We had a great experience staying at this house over spring break. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean well set up for large groups, giving lots of privacy and everybody their own bathroom. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We hope to stay there again someday!

There were some good things about this property as well as some things that need to be addressed. Overall, this house can support a large group of people and was "fine". The kitchen/great room area is great for large groups. Easy to socialize together. The beds were comfortable. The amount of bedrooms listed does not meet what was offered. We were offered a 5 bedroom home, plus a 6th apartment, plus a "bonus room upstairs with a queen bed". There was no bonus room upstairs with a queen bed. Also the 5th bedroom is not a true bedroom....it is a living area turned into a bedroom (that does not have a door) right next to the front entry door. Some of the furniture needs some attention as there were clear areas that were soiled. Each guest only gets 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel so you are responsible to launder your towels between use. No extra linens could be found. We ran out of TP within the first 2 days and had to go out and buy our own. The kitchen had seasoning, but no salt and pepper. The downstairs shower did not have a curtain and the drain didn't drain well causing a pool of water while showering. The refrigerator did not adequately hold temperature. The pool is nice, but it is way smaller than how it appears in the picture. Lastly, it is odd that the owner has to meet you in person upon check in. I've rented several times through VRBO and have never had to meet an owner. I am used to an automated check in process. If I wasn't traveling with such a large group this would have made me very uncomfortable.
