PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. We very much appreciated the condo and it’s decor, amenities and cleanliness. The location was great. Our first trip to South Kauai did not disappoint. We will definitely return.

This was our first trip to Kauai—the condo was a perfect home base for us—great location, beautiful views for your morning coffee, comfortable and well-appointed home. Easy check-in and -out, clean and quiet, and awesome sunset viewing right across the street by the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location, steps to beach, beautifully furnished with plenty of supplies. Only downside is that the sofa bed was somewhat hard so our kids opted to sleep on the sofa instead (it's a comfy sectional). The unit comes with AC in bedroom, though we didn't need it as very nice breezes flow through the unit. We had a terrific time.
