Fabulous 1st floor of villa near Deshaies. Fabulous view of the sunsets every evening. Nicely equipped. However, loose shower rack that needs fixing. Philippe was kind and welcoming as a host. Very steep driveway up to the house, but we managed without problems. You can walk down to town but I would not want to hike back up into the hills on foot. Overall very positive stay.

Great place to stay. Philippe, the host was kind and responsive to our requsts. Even drove halfway around the island to get us coffee filters. Be sure to get a car though, as even though my wife and I did walk to and from the villa into town a couple of times, it is a steep trek! There are no taxis in Drshaies
