The Space:
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Moab’s red rock desert. Great views of the Moab Rim, and the La Sal Mountains from your private, oversized patio. Enjoy the views as you grill on the included gas grill, or relax in the patio furniture. this three-bedroom condominiums provide the perfect luxury escape from life’s daily pressures. Whether curling up by the fireplace in winter or taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pool during the warmer months, Rim Village is ensconced in the panoramic splendor of Red Rock Canyon Country.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Pricing is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate an accurate quote, and make sure you are properly accommodated. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.
Guest Access:
All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us anytime with questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

We stayed in this neighborhood last year and really loved the area. This unit didn't have much in the kitchen other than utensils and badly used cookware, but was a very comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view on the patio. The grill worked well and it had a nice layout. The beds were firm, but comfortable. One thing to note was last year when we came while the neighborhood was still being developed, there weren't any street lights (Utah has light pollution laws), and we were able to see the milky way and every star from the street. This year they'd added street lights and every house had their porch or driveway lights on and we weren't able to see many stars, certainly not the Milky Way (although the time of year for that is best in spring or early summer, not fall). We were disappointed that this safe neighborhood was overusing outdoor lights at night that just aren't necessary, though that's not the rental's fault.

The house was clean and just 10 minutes from town, and about 20 minutes from Arches National Park.It’s quiet and private, with everything you need for a comfortable stay — towels, kitchenware, soap, shampoo, and body lotion are all provided.Just a heads-up: if you plan to cook, you’ll need to bring your own seasonings and condiments
