About this house rental
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and modern amenities throughout. The spacious living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring plush seating and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals or gather around the dining table to savor local flavors. Additionally, the property offers amenities such as a two-car garage for parking, high-speed internet, and Smart TVs, ensuring you stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.
The three cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, cozy linens, and ample storage space. The three (3) well-appointed bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience for everyone, complete with modern fixtures and fresh white towels.
VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
> This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
>3rd party bookings are not allowed without prior approval. Exceptions will be made for work groups needing to book through their home office. If you are local and want to book the house please message us first to discuss the purpose of your stay. If we are not clear, your listing will be canceled in order for us to stay in compliance with VRBO policies. Honest communication is key.
