About this house rental
PLEASE INFORM HOST OF TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE HOME OUTSIDE OF THE GUESTS THAT ARE STAYING. A $50 dollar fee per person will be charged to the person that has booked the property, if you fail to comply with this rule. We have outdoor cameras.
•Parties or large Gathering are not allowed without the Host permission
•There is no street parking. All guests are expected to park in the driveway (6 cars should be able to fit).
•The property manager lives with on our street, so they will be monitoring the comings and going’s of the property, outdoor cameras are placed outside of the home.
•We are a shoeless household, we expect all guests to remove their shoes upon entrance to the home to minimize germs.
•The garage is off limits, as we keep our personal belongings in there.
•To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 12:00am-7:00am.
•No Pets.
•No smoking in the home, the designated smoking area is in the back deck area.

Check in was great, with great communication!! We loved our stay here. Our girl's night & overall birthday trip was the best thanks to our stay at this location. Special thanks to the owners that personalized a special check in gift for the girls trip. Also for assisting & allowing me to re-enter the property after check-in to retrieve keys I mistakenly left at the property. This was one of the best stays I personally have had because of the owners warm hospitality!! Thanks again!!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had a range of ages in our party, from 10 to 85. The home was perfect for accommodating all of our needs. The house was clean and well kept. The communication with the owners was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
