NEW - Most affordable 1 bedroom close to Downtown 4 miles & Beach 6 miles

Very nice, smaller home and super well located. The bed was very comfortable and extremely clean. I recommend!!

House had everything we needed for our stay in Charleston. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was super convenient. Easy to get downtown and to the other sites. We used Charleston as a home base, so it was nice being able to get on the road quickly to have maximum time to explore. Lots of food options and grocery stores in the area. CudaCo is a must for fresh seafood and just down the road.

Although the host was nice, we had quite a few issues. The cleaner didn’t finish cleaning the property until 4:45, so our check in was delayed. We waited outside while the cleaner was there trying to find bikes that weren’t rusted and worked (no tandem bike as listed btw). Finally got into the property and went to cook dinner on the first night and the oven and stove top completely broke. Contacted the host and she came to look at it the next day, after lots of communication back and forth and an electrician coming to look at it, the host replaced the oven on our third day (and brought us a different bike!). The host was super nice, but we had bought food that went to waste since we couldn’t cook (and had to spend extra to eat out) and we were a bit disappointed that we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience and late check in. Overall, the place is perfect for two people and we still had a good stay!
