A very nice 3 BR ranch with a big fenced in backyard for our two small dogs. We were amazed by how well furnished and equipped the house was. Great month at Kristin’s Cozy Crib.

First off, Thank You Kristin and Brad for opening up your home to us for 35 glorious days. We have stayed at 40+ VRBO properties over the past 18 years and this is #1. From the welcome basket to the beach cruiser bikes that worked(yea, we rented in Bermuda once and their bikes were broken). The home is well appointed and the beds so comfortable! The towels and sheets quality linens, really everything in the home is top notch. The back yard is enormous and fenced so our 2 cats loved roaming in the yard in the afternoons as we had coffee, or cocktails. We played pickle ball at nearby courts and made friends. This is such a great community that if we're still healthy we'll be back to house hunt in 2 years, and I hope that your house is available. At night we'd binge watch some Hulu or head over to any of the numerous eateries in the area. We loved Martin's BBQ on Friday nights, good entertainment and food. Folley, Edisto, Isle of Palms are all great beaches and the James Island County Park was beautiful, I'd love to see it at Christmas time.
