Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay

As a returning visitor to the same condominium for over 30 years, this was definitely one of the best unit upgrades!-up to date LG fridge ,(not your standard white ones that don't keep cold-ceiling fan huge! Be careful tall people!-stove and microwave very nice!Restroom updates-sofa airbed (most units have the thinnest mattress -huge TV's Very nice unit! Would like to see in the future:-scissors (for some reason all units I have stayed in don't have these. Not sure why)-extra beach chairs and swim things (usually access to porch door)-more appliance if possible (air fryer, crockpot larger, instantpot)No complaints here! We will be back next year!
