Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee

This property is so close to the beach. Easy to walk to and from the condo/beach throughout the day. The pool is heated and a good size. Great trip!

This condo was perfect in every way!! Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, pool, A/C and supplies were ALL perfect! Highly recommend this condo! We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time but something needs to be done with the sofa in the unit so broken down it's like sitting on the floor and the bed has no headboard and is very noisy when you roll over other than that was a good location don't be fooled when they say the sofa is new will be back next year for sure in another unit.

Condo is a short walk to the beach. Condo needs new furniture and an overall update. Being on the first floor, you hear on the noise from the unit above. The best part of the condo unit is that it is right on the beach.
