You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You’ve found a winner here!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.
You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. We arrived after a full day of travel about 20 minutes early. I called the property management company to see if we could get in. They said that there was follow up from an inspection and that they would notify me when available. At exactly 4PM I got the robotic messsge with the remaining instructions. I felt I was brushed off to stick with the standard time for a meer 20 minutes.

Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo
