This classic Litchfield Beach home has a huge screened porch overlooking the creek dock with plenty of room for the whole family. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Bed sizes are 2 Queens, 2 Singles. The Ground Floor has been totally renovated. It has outside access only through the covered carport area, and features 1 bedroom (with a Queen bed), and a full bathroom.
Amenities Include Internet, Cable TVs, DVD, Wi-Fi, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Private Creek Dock & Floating Dock, Grill, Outside Shower.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.
Dog Friendly with additional pet rent.
Note owner has installed security cameras around exterior of the home.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Perfect for a small or large group. Easy access to the beach. Has a wonderful little fishing and crabbing dock in back with a beautiful view. Well furnished and nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Will be back.
