This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California has been totally refurbished and updated Conveniently located just a few steps away from the Red Line Shuttle stop and is spacious, bright and well-appointed. Spend your evenings in your home away from home in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or take a short walk into town for great dining, shopping, and movies. (PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WILL HAVE A PAINTING & SIDING PROJECT GOING ON FROM LATE MAY INTO FALL, SOME WORK MIGHT BE LOUD BETWEEN 8AM-5PM) The complex includes a spa, sauna, and laundry facilities. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1900 sq ft, with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Whenever I stay in a townhouse, I worry about the sound through shared walls—no problem with this spot. I didn't hear the neighbors at all. The spot was cozy. Loved the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was stocked, and the mattresses were comfortable.

We had a great time and the place was exactly what we needed. Some extra trash bags would have been nice but besides for that everything was amazing

10 people ski trip with late 20 yr olds. Ample supplies, comfortable. Downstairs toilets had flush issue and sink was very slow to drain but both are minor inconveniences.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was spacious, clean, and good location. However, the parking situation is terrible. There are no assigned spots and many cars without parking permits. Therefore, whether you have a parking pass or not, parking may not be available since parking is not regulated there. I called the reservation office who is ultimately not responsible for the parking situation. Rather, the property manager of the entire complex is in charge of parking. Basically, nothing was done to regulate the parking issue. So if you plan on staying at this complex, make sure to arrive early to claim a spot.
