This well-appointed 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is right on the Red Line Shuttle route and only a short walk to entertainment, dining and shopping. Settle into the living room, light the fire, and enjoy the extensive movie library, just listen to the stereo or surf the Internet with free WiFi! Meals may be served from a cozy kitchen to the breakfast bar or dining area. (PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WILL HAVE A PAINTING & SIDING PROJECT GOING ON FROM LATE MAY INTO FALL, SOME WORK MIGHT BE LOUD BETWEEN 8AM-5PM) A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountain side, restful location. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1850 sq ft with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Could use some simple upgrades to make this a five star place. smart tv. New linens in the kids bunk room. A few more wine glasses. Throw away the melted looking tumblers. Otherwise great location and updated kitchen is nice.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. We love the complex and this unit’s location to the pool. However, It’s time for upgrade in beds and pots and pans. The mattresses are uncomfortable and pans are old and super scratched. (Oh, and FYI we found a dead mouse under the couch and downstairs hall sink, so slow to drain) other than that we always have a great time. Thanks!

Was up for the fishing opener and this unit was good for sleeping 10 but making meals was a task. The stove is very outdated and only two of the small burners worked. The two large burners would not get hot. Only having 2 small burners made it extremely difficult to cook meals for 10 individuals. Also bring your own pans, the ones at the condo are severely worn and the non stick is flaking off.
