About this villa rental
Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, the villa Casa Anita is located in Benitachell. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby cot is available for an extra fee per item per stay and a high chair is available for an extra fee per item per stay (after the first item)
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a barbecue.
The villa is just a 4 to 5 minute (2.1 to 3.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.7 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 28 minute drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per pet per stay.

Pros: Suzana attracted me by her first e-mail reply to my question. All my questions were answered very fast and detailed. It was a huge help to plan my trip. Our first meeting at the place and the villa just convinced me that we made a right choice.
Very clean, everything that you need is there.
I would definitely recommend this place and I would choose it again for my next visit to Spain.
