About this villa rental
Boasting a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, the villa Casa Anita is located in Benitachell. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby cot is available for an extra fee per item per stay and a high chair is available for an extra fee per item per stay (after the first item)
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a barbecue.
The villa is just a 4 to 5 minute (2.1 to 3.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.7 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 28 minute drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per pet per stay.

Pros: La casa fue genial, todo concordaba con las fotos de la página. La anfitriona muy atenta y con explicaciones claras. Las vistas de la casa inigualables, la zona de fácil acceso en coche y supermercados cercanos.

Pros: Muy bella casa y con todo a mi gusto, zona muy tranquila para poder relajarse completamente, mi segunda ves y me sigue encantando Benitachell, muchas Suzana por todo.
