Summary:
This terrific 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper apartment of a duplex has newer flooring, kitchen and bathroom! Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand.
The Space:
This terrific 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper apartment of a duplex has upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to the sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.
Entering the front Dutch door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with a bbq, table, chairs and umbrella.
Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining table just off of the all-white, newly remodeled kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is just off the living room, a convenience not always found in beach homes.
2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 full bathroom in the hall way. No sleeper sofa.
1 parking spot in a shared garage with the front lower unit. The garage is very small and tight. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets but can be challenging sometimes at the beach.

-This is an upper unit above the garage. You must climb a flight of stairs to access unit. Unit itself is all one level.
-You get 1 parking spot in a shared garage with front lower unit. It's a very small and tight garage. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be tight. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets if your car does not fit. Parking is sometimes a challenge at the beach.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police
-Must be 26 or older to book
-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.
-No parties or gatherings.
-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

The home itself is gorgeous. One block from the beach, the location can't be beat. It's recently been renovated and the kitchen/patio is wonderful for small groups. However, our overall experience was quite unpleasant due to the fact that the guaranteed parking spot was unavailable for the first 1.5days of our stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, there were no paper towels on the holder, and there was a bag of dirty linens left in the living room from the previous renters. Although the house itself was great, I would be hesitant to rent from this company again due to their unresponsiveness and maintenance/cleaning services.
