Outside decks grace the length of the house on two levels taking full advantage of the 100-foot ocean frontage. The side wrap-around gives morning people an amazing sunrise view over the Bay. The private dune-walk takes you right to the sugar-sand beach where a fun day in the sun awaits. When you return, have fun rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

Excellent! The property management team was very informative, excellent in answering all questions, easy to complete the contract, kept us up to date as the rental time came near, accommodating of our late arrival. Very friendly. We LOVED the location! So private and close to the ocean. Enjoyed all of the sea life and kayaking. We LOVED this house! Appreciated the open layout to enjoy time with the entire family. Loved the covered decks for plenty of space to get out of the hot afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of paper products and soaps in case you forget something. Helpful to have the large sized washer and dryer. Fell in love with the Cape, Port St. Joe, and Indian Pass. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely want to return. Enjoyed the nature trail in the Park and Coneheads and Dipping Dots!!!This island has everything you need for a laid-back, quite vacation!

This home needs to be deep cleaned. While giving my daughter a bath one night a roach started crawling out of her towel. We also found other bugs during our stay, I’d say it need some pest control. The rugs down stairs could be either cleaned or replaced. House truly just need a deep clean and updating furniture wise. Other than that, we had a good stay.
