The apartment is located next to the Cervantes Theater, just a few minutes away from Picasso's House, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, restaurants, leisure areas and endless activities. The location of this apartment was great.
Pros: very nice apparent, well decorated. Nice-sized bedrooms and bathroom.
Cons: need a bit of maintenance. Also, they provide only with 2 small toilette papers when we asked for one more they say no. There is no kitchen cloth or kitchen paper towels. So washing and drying the dishes was challenging. They provide only one Swedish dishcloth. Not even a drying rack!
The apartment is on the second floor, on the street next to the building there are 2 restaurants and a theatre so at night you can hear the noises from the street (even with the windows closed.)

Location, location, location. Wow. In the thick of things for Holy Week. Check in was not smooth. Clear directions would be beneficial.
