Pretty but very uncomfortable

The apartment is spacious, modern, and chic looking. The interior has good designs too and some amenities like coffee capsule, sugar, and other basic condiments were provided. The location is also centric and there are many nearby restaurants.

It's winter and the heating system DOES NOT WORK. We called the owner to complain and he said he would get back to us but never called back. It was very cold in the room it was impossible to feel comfortable. The apartment's temperature registered at 16° (daytime). In addition, there's no added security lock at the door so basically anyone with a code can barge in. It does not give the feeling of safety. Also had a hiccup with the code given to us as it did not work on time and had to call to have it working - this one they solved quite fast.

Short stay in a great location.

Excellent location, tidy and clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like as such. However, it would be important for guests to know that the downstairs apartment is very noisy as it is next to the heavy wooden entry door and street. The upstairs apartments may be quieter. Also, it would have been nice to have the TV working. Not a deal breaker but we wanted to see some Spanish channels. If not possible it would be nice to have streaming channels usable.

Beautiful apartment would definitely come back and recommend to others

Such a beautiful spacious apartment it was authentic Spanish building but a modern style. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfortable, the lighting was warm and cosy . The only thing we could be negative about was that there wasn’t a kettle . And water in the fridge would of been a nice touch

Nice malagan experience

Great location, spacious rooms, the upstair apartment even had an amazing view and even more spacious rooms. The host was responsive even at relatively late hours.

Had a bit of a hiccup with receiving the acces codes but that was rapidly cleared with the host. If you travel with car its not that comfy nor cheap to park

Clean, modern studio in a place full of history

Located in traditional old town on a narrow historical alley just accross corner with Teatro Cervantes. Underground Parking 150 m away. Big supermarket and some small eateries nearby

Not for us but the bathroom might be challenging for larger people due to its space constraint limiting the entry to the shower. The rest of the studio is quite spacious

The location, design of flat and it was also very new and cool.

We had problems with someone from another apartment in the building trying to get in and kept us awake for 2 hours (the police had to be called as he was very determined to get in and also drunk). Our 13-year old son also got scared. On the 2nd night we were woken by noise from apartment above us so it is not a very soundproof apartment. I would not stay there again just because of that. The staff/landlord was very nice and tried helping us as much as he could.

Väldigt rymligt boende, stämmer in bra med bilderna och bra läge.

Boendet var mycket fint och centralt. I början kändes det för bra för att vara sant med priset och hur boendet skulle komma att se ut men vi var väldigt nöjda. Bra pris, bra läge, fint boende.

Den enda nackdelen var att det inte fanns påfyllning av toapapper och soppåsar, så det behövdes köpas själv. Vi hade bra kontakt med boende ansvarig men sen vart det som det slutade svara. Jag hade frågat om vi kunde få in nya handdukar men tanken på att vi skulle stanna en hel vecka och inte hade tillgång till någon tvättmaskin. De var snabba på att svara om att det kunde fixa det, men när jag frågade om vilken tid slutade svara och kom aldrig förbi med handdukarna.

Séjour mémorable, l’appartement était bien situé et vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix !

L’appartement est beaucoup plus grand qu’en photo, les hauts plafonds donnent un charme !! La vue est super sympa! L’appartement se trouve sur une petite ruelle donc c’est assez calme pour les personnes non festif mais pour les clients polyvalents comme nous c’est parfait

Il y a eu quelque problème avec les électroménagers ou la climatisation mais le propriétaire a été vraiment à l’écoute et répondait toujours pour venir nous aidé, une personne très gentille !!

Está muy mal insonorizado, tuvimos un grupo de franceses en los otros apartamentos y se pasaron toda la noche entrando, saliendo y dando voces. Como estábamos en el apartamentos de la planta baja, se esucha TODO: la calle, la puerta, el patio, todo. No pudimos dormir nada, una pena.

Buenas instalaciones pero pobre atención

La decoración, la ubicación y la autonomía de entrada al apartamento es lo más destacable positivamente. La atención sin embargo deja bastante que desear. Nada más llegar notificamos que los botes de champú y gel del baño estaban vacíos, e hicieron caso omiso. Lo mismo con la petición de hacer un check out más tardío, sin respuesta.

Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto i nowocześnie w srodku. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Nieźle wyposażona kuchnia i kapsułki kawy na powitanie. Obiekt świeżo po remoncie.

Nie było przygotowanego łóżka dla naszej córki. Brak wody do picia na powitanie. Nieco skomplikowana procedura zameldowania. Obiekt po remoncie, ale Ekipa remontowa miejscami się nie popisała i np. brakuje paneli sufitowych w kuchni.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in absolut zentraler Lage. Moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Gute Betten. Ein schönes Bad mit Dusche. Gute Verdunklung. Voll klimatisiert. Gutes und sicheres Zugangssystem. Nettes Reinigungspersonal.

Für den Preis kann man erwarten, dass wenigstens ein Wasser und ein willkommensgruss bereitgestellt wird. Außerdem eine Brochure in der das Kennwort für das WLAN und einige nützliche Hinweise vorgehalten werden und keine unnötigen schöne Werbeprospekte. Zudem sollten die Uhren synchronisiert und die Batterien der Fernbedienung des Fernseher aktualisiert werden. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klimatisierung wäre auch hilfreich.

Por supuesto aún no se en concepto de qué, y aún teniendo mi número de teléfono (que bien que me han escrito para preguntarme los motivos de mi viaje y darme las claves) no se han dignado a escribirme para explicármelo y lo ha hecho booking a petición de ellos, solo para que les diera una valoración! QUE CARA MÁS DURA

Estancia perfecta

Un apartamento con una ubicación en todo el centro de Málaga, cerca de los puntos de interés y bares. La estancia ha sido muy cómoda, camas grandes y muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Ademas, la zona aunque está céntrica en el alojamiento no se escuchan ruidos, se desconecta completamente. Dispone de Netflix para pasar tiempo en el apartamento. Tiene un diseño de interior muy bonito. El trato con el dueño ha sido buenísimo, se ha amoldado a nosotros y ha estado muy atento. Agradecemos mucho la atención y trato recibido. Repetiremos sin duda
