L’hébergement est idéalement situé. L’appartement est chaleureux, dans un immeuble propre et calme.

Il y avait beaucoup de poussière, notamment sous le lit. La douche à l’étage ne dispose pas de vitre, ce qui n’est pas très pratique, et les distributeurs de savon étaient vides. La cuisine manque également d’équipements, pour le prix, quelques capsules de café seraient appréciées.

Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment was disappointing. On Booking.com, it was listed as a spacious two-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, only one bed had been made. The host seemed unsure whether the second bedroom could still be prepared – surprising, considering we had booked a two-bedroom property. It was eventually sorted out, but the communication around it was far from smooth or helpful. The cleanliness left much to be desired: we found hairs in various places, a half-full juice carton in the fridge, a used razor in the bathroom, and an almost empty soap dispenser. There were also several technical issues: loose power sockets, a missing flush button in the toilet, an air conditioner that barely worked, and an uncomfortable mattress in the second bedroom. The mattress was not only too thin but also 20 cm wider than the bed frame, causing it to hang over the edge – not exactly safe or comfortable. It’s a shame, because the apartment has potential. The interior is nicely decorated, and the location is great. With better maintenance and a more guest-friendly approach, the experience could be much better. My recommendation: don’t book this as a two-bedroom apartment unless you’re a couple using only one room. Communication with the host was also lacking. For example, we received no reply when requesting a second key – inconvenient when staying with more than one person, especially since the only key also controlled the electricity. The check-in process was messy as well. We had asked in advance if we could drop off our bags earlier, and the host agreed, as long as we messaged 30 minutes before. We did exactly that, but the host stuck to our earlier estimated arrival time of 13:45 and then told us we had to be there by 14:00 – otherwise we’d have to wait until after 20:00 to check in. This, even though the official check-in window was between 16:00 and 20:00. Luckily we made it by 14:15, but it didn’t feel particularly welcoming or flexible.
