When Guests arrive at the property they are greeted by the large sign letting them know they've made it to their Sea Dream. Walking in the front door, return guests will be shocked by the newly installed flooring. Replacing the old carpet, this new vinyl flooring compliments the house gorgeously and adds to the dreaminess of this property.
To the right of the entry is the first full bathroom, easily accessible after the long journey to Topsail. Continuing through the bathroom guests will find the first bedroom. This bedroom contains one queen-size bed as well as access to that full bathroom. Across the hallway is the second bedroom. It has a bunk bed and is perfect for the kids to hide away and play.
Over to the left of the entry is the third bedroom. It features two twin-size beds and connects to a full-sized jack-and-jill bathroom. Going through the bathroom leads guests to the final bedroom. Easily the most impressive of the four bedrooms, this oceanfront sleeping space with a queen-size bed will take guests' breath away, and fill them with views of the sea. Guests can get even closer to the sea by stepping out onto the deck via the sliding glass door.
Leaving the fourth bedroom brings guests out to the open dining area and kitchen. The dining area offers seating for four people and is right next to an additional four seats at the kitchen bar. With ample seating for the full family, guests can prepare a meal for their family to enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen. After eating a great meal, guests can gather in the living room for a movie or step out onto the deck for a breath of fresh sea air.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Home was clean but a bit dated. Only complaint was that the shower for the secondary room was very small and difficult for anyone over the height of 5'6" to fit under the shower head. Some concern with front porch railing being weathered and felt unsafe since we had small children that wanted to lean over it. Sliding glass door in the bedroom could not be opened due to door or doorway being warped. Otherwise, fantastic trip and location!!

We had a blast at the Sea Dream. We stayed a week Saturday to Saturday. The house was perfect size for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Lots of kitchen supplies. We loved the view from the deck and sat many hours out there. House was older and not as fancy as some houses. But it was clean, great location (less than 10 minutes from Walmart and Dunkin donuts, 5 minutes to pier and gift shops) and the best and easiest walk down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Also recommend for anyone that loves an easy and convenient access to the ocean. Outdoor hose and shower helped keep the sand at bay. We chuckled at the fact that the laundry room was located under the house but glad it had one. Check in was easy and an hour early which was an added bonus considering it was Labor Day weekend. Realtor was nice and energetic and answered our calls with a happy voice and was quick to answer our questions about the keyless checkin. If youre looking for a cute and affordable vacation house this is a solid option Thanks for a great week at the beach

My friends and family had a great vacation and were even able to see the sea turtle hatching observation!! The turtles hatched during the night, so we missed that, but they always do an observation to release the rest of the hatchlings. The nest was right in front of our rental, so thah was an awesome experience. Views are great and the rental is within a couple miles of the pier, donut shop, bagel shop, restaurants, etc. We had an amazing time, but the rental was not as clean as we hoped and you could tell they barely wiped the kitchen counters... They also forgot a couple of the bed sheets/linens the first night, but arrived promptly after 9pm when we called to let them know. So that was great service!! All around an amazing time, but in the future the cleaning should improve.

The biggest asset of this house was the deck and view of the beach. The chairs on the deck were so comfortable and the walk down to the beach took 30 seconds. There was a gate on the deck which was perfect for keeping small children up at the house. The house could’ve been cleaned better and had some things that needed fixed around the house such as a loose board on the deck, wobbly railings, towel and toilet paper racks in the bathroom and missing curtains in the bunk bed room. Beds and furniture were comfortable. House is about a 2 mile walk to the Topsail pier. Kitchen was well stocked. You walk outside and downstairs to a locked room to get to the washer/dry area which had a bit of a bad smell to it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just would be nice for some things to be fixed/maintained and cleaned better.
