We loved our stay! Great layout with all the amenities. The house had every possible game/activity and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of pool towels. It was the perfect house for our large family visiting for our daughter’s college graduation.

Didn't meet my expectations for a rental in this price range. The outdoors worked well and we enjoyed it, but didn't have enough comfortable seating for more than 5 in the family room and 6 in the dinning room. Also the media area only has 3 recliners otherwise you would need to pull stools and dining room chairs to sit on. A bit awkward as there is limited space in front of the TV. There is no garage as well it has been converted to a 4th bedroom and bath. This may present issues when it is hotter out.
The property manager was prompt in communication prior and during the stay. They reacted quickly to rectify issues. They were generous in providing above and beyond wood for the fire pit that wasn't included with the stay.
