Panoramic Views, A Great Location, Gated Community, Relax near Golf & Shopping

Our 'hacienda' is a 4200 square foot house perched above northern Tucson in a prestigious gated community nestled in the Santa Catalina Mountains. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It easily sleeps 8, but young adults can use the futons to allow for 10-12 to rest comfortably. There are villas and casitas in the area, so in keeping with the theme, we are the hacienda of the bunch. The house easily lends itself to relaxing with friends and family......cook, swim, work-out, watch tv, or get online. All of it can be enjoyed while appreciating panoramic views of both the city and the mountains!

The gourmet kitchen was recently upgraded with all new appliances, and granite countertops. Family and friends can cook a meal together in this fully equipped kitchen and still enjoy the magnificent city views, also, you can enjoy grilling all year around and 'picnic' on the porch. There are 2 full sized refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, plenty of cabinets, and even a wine refrigerator!

Sit on the large 500 square foot porch any time of the day or night and see the city change from high atop the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains. Or enjoy the same view from the jacuzzi as water cascades down a beautiful waterfall into the 9 foot deep pool. Or swim laps across the 35 foot aquatic expanse.

The main family room is both comfortable and expansive, with a 12 foot high wood beamed ceiling, a flat screen TV with Blue-ray DVD player, large stone fireplace, and a game table that is customized for cards and poker chips...but the city views will grab your attention here too.

If you prefer mountain views, step into the 'gallery'.
While the whole house is adorned with gallery quality photographs of Arizona, this room boasts the largest collection with the forth wall being filled with the backyard's desert-scape in the foreground, and mountains in the background. Workout on the recumbent stationary bike and be visited by quail, javelina, deer, and the elusive bobcat. Or pull out a yoga mat and stretch among the colorful canvases. Or read one of the many provided books, while enjoying a cup of coffee on the futon.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and the city and has another fireplace for winding down in the evenings privately. From the king sized bed, you can watch tv too. There is a walk-in closet and built-in desk with a printer and large bookcase with books in the master suite. From this area you can grab a cold drink from the beverage refrigerator and step right out onto your private porch for an evening dip into the jacuzzi, or enjoy a large soaking tub in the master bath. From the tub you also have beautiful views of the mountains.

This bathroom's shower has been updated with two shower heads (a rain head and handheld head) and a large bench. There are two full vanities, each with a sink and large mirror.

The house comes complete with full sized washer and dryer, free wifi, 3 large 50' flat screen TVs with satellite programing, 3 BlueRay DVD players, central air conditioning and heat throughout to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. There is even an intercom system with central built-in radio to reach every room inside and outside simultaneously!

A car is recommended for the Tucson area. The house has a three-car garage, and has plenty of room for cars, bikes, or golf clubs. We can provide a set of Ping golf clubs and bag upon request.
