Inside you'll find all the amenities your heart desires: a sparkling pool, bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, a decked out game + theatre + karaoke room + gym (garage conversion), jazzy bar lounge with pool table + poker table, basketball hoop, and mini putting green!

We stayed Jan 30-Feb 7 in Tucson and it was a great place. The host was very accommodating. We had one plumbing problem and they fixed it within hours.

Cocorama was the perfect location for my family to celebrate the holiday! The kitchen was incredibly spacious allowing for many adults to create the holiday meals and others gather round to share in conversations at the same time. Overall the living space and bedrooms are well appointed. The game room and pool table in the den added such fun. The pool and hot tub added to the fun. Views of the city lights at night did not disappoint. The owner and property manager were so attentive.!

Everything was perfect they had everything well maintained and well supplied. Wish we had more time to enjoy all of the things to do in the house but plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a bigger family or friends. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Oh, how could I forget the beautiful views from the house.. WOW
