About this house rental
We are located 5 blocks from The Seascape Resort Village a quiet , safe , friendly community with beautiful uncrowded beaches and panoramic views of Monterey Bay.Our Peaceful Garden Studio has a Comfortable queen bed , a refrigerator and induction cooktop and private bath. Internet is provided with an ethernet cable .There is also a lovely patio garden and other spa treatments can be scheduled.There is a master massage therapist on the premises.We have a Bio-mat , a Dream Spa Light therapy ,a heavy metal detox foot bath and Quantum Wave Cold Laser Therapy . Mohan is a physical therapist and consult is available.
Seascape is an idyllic beach community with a small-town feel and diverse population. Nestled amongst miles of pristine beaches, rolling hills, towering redwood trees, and strawberry fields, the community sets the scene for an extraordinary lifestyle. Situated on Monterey Bay's northern coast, Santa Cruz/Aptos homes are found within a progressive resort community. The area is alive with families, artists, local business owners, surfers, students, and visitors who return year after year.
This is an incredibly fun area of the country .We are moments from the beach ,minutes from the redwoods ,close to beautiful scenic Capitola and historic downtown Santa Cruz.There are so many activities to choose from.you can hike , surf, bike or just stroll around in the wonder of nature.There are lots of delicious restaurants and many of them use local organic ingredients.It is just a half hour ride to Monterey where you can visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium,Kayak or Whale and Dolphin watch. We are within 1.5 hours to the magnificent Big Sur coast and the same to San Francisco. We are the central coast of California at the North end of Monterey Bay.
There is also plenty of unique gift and clothing shops especially for you ladies.
We have a Mediterranean climate that can be enjoyed year round.This is one of the greatest places on earth.We offer an affordable way to visit the Jewel of the Central Coast of California.
Both Verizon and AT&T work well .T- Mobile is spotty and usually only works a few blocks away.
Though this room is very private, the room is connected to our home. We kindly ask our quests to share something about themselves so we know who we are sharing our space with.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

Every single detail of this place was thoughtfully taken care of — it truly felt like a sanctuary. The space invites you to relax, with soothing chimes, carefully placed stones, and a beautifully stocked bathroom. The hosts made a genuine effort to come meet us personally and shared wonderful local recommendations. We will definitely be back.

The room was great!! Bryana and Mohan were very friendly and great hosts and everything was close by

The property was fine, not much room but it was cozy. I think less decoration would be better. Check in however was not good. Host forgot we were coming and the place was not ready, we had to wait to get in. Was around an hour late getting in.
