A bit smaller than expected. Absolutely no shade around either pool. You need to add some umbrellas/tables to allow folks to enjoy the pools and not be constantly in direct sunlight.

Master bedroom door did not latch. Zero privacy for mom and dad. Jacuzzi stopper did not hold water. Essentially doesn't work. Sleeper sofa, no sheets and was dirty with crumbs on arrival. Both showers have almost nothing in them to place things. We bought a 20 dollar caddy to get by. Speaking of which, the place has literally nothing stocked. Not even salt or pepper. Never seen anything like it.
