SMOKE-FREE BUILDING:
🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ No smoking in common areas (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, pipes, cigars, etc.).
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located at the front east side of the building.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).

🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
