Check in, check out, communication, view all was great. Place was like described. The beds need updated and the pull out couch can not be used with comfort. We placed blankets and pillows under the mattress because it was sinking in the middle. Place was in a great location! View was worth it.

This 15th floor corner unit was very nicely decorated with lots of space - two bedrooms and two full baths (and 1/2 bath). The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating in. We enjoyed our month-long stay and look forward to staying again. The oceanfront view and view of the inlet was amazing.

Overall out stay was good, my family has been returning to RGR for several years now because we love the area. The condo could really use and upgrade, maintenance came to the room once and was quick and courteous. Condo was clean and in most items were in working order. Next summer I think I will go back to a lower floor, I like people watching and from that height it looked like ants on the beach...lol
