About this apartment rental
This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.
Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was ocean until infinity. We loved playing at the beach and swimming in the pools. Easy check in and check out with the property management.

We loved the condo, and we had a terrific stay. The only thing we had issues with was that we had to go out and buy some cleaner because there were fingerprints EVERYWHERE. All over the slider door, the cabinets, the fridge and dishwasher, and all over the stainless steel garbage can. The vacuum didn’t work, and there was sand all over the floors. I understand it is a beach front property, some sand is to be expected, but not piles of it. Everything else was wonderful. We loved the closeness to the beach, and the staff was friendly. Mattresses were wrapped in a zippered cover and had a mattress pad on top of that-and the sheets were clean, and there was no bugs. However the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Felt like it had a big lump in middle and sloped to the edges. The walls could used a decent scrubbing, but overall wasn’t to bad. We would stay here again.

Reasonable. The floors needed cleaning. There were no instructions for TV. 1404 is very dated.Had to evacuate the building at 4AM due to a false fire alarm. Going down 14 flights of stairs at 93 years old at 4Am is possibly life threatening.
