Ocean Manor 2N is a cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located on on 122nd Street and oceanfront. Great ocean view from your furnished balcony. Unit equipped with 3 TVs, 1 DVD player and wireless internet. Bed sizes include 2 doubles, 2 singles and 1 queen sleep sofa. Sleeps a total of 8 people and has two parking spaces. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. . Non-smoking Non Vaping including balcony. No pets please.

Property is beautiful and great location. We had an issue and it was quickly resolved. Functional kitchen, made breakfast and lunches.

Very dated. Comforters and furniture were very dirty and need a thorough cleaning but the location is nice and beds comfortable. Amenities are adequate. Coffee maker is a bit broken. No icemaker just trays but overall a nice stay for a long weekend central reservations is great very nice staff answering calls quickly and very informative easy check in and out

The view and location are excellent and it all goes downhill from there.
Upon our arrival at the condo our key stuck in the front door, which was right in line with everything we were to experience in the coming week. From a nonfunctional dishwasher, bathroom doors without working locks, to the broken shelving in the refrigerator this place was a dump. The outlets in one of the bedrooms were so old that the plug to my phone charger kept falling out in the middle of the night. I could go on, but I think I made my point.
