Family friendly-Direct Ocean Front 3 Bedrooms-2 full baths

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The common area is a bit small but cozy. The bedrooms fit 8 adults comfortably. The location is amazing. The beach was busy but not overcrowded. Parking is just 1 guaranteed space but we didn't ever have an issue getting a spot on the street for our second vehicle. Our only issue was that sheets, pillow cases, and towels are not included. The only reason this was an issue is we did not know ahead of time as we would have prepared for this. It was just disappointing to have to spend our first evening driving over an hour to buy sheets sets and towels for 8 people. We scoured the property listing to make sure we didn't miss something and could not find any information warning guests of this. We would definitely stay again.

This place was great. We were so close to the beach, and the porch view was awesome with my morning coffee.

When I entered the carpet was dirty. It didnt smell fresh like a house cleaner was there. Hair was in each bathroom in the tub.The light fixures had cob webs. The repair man stated the dryer was not properly wired. All the dishes were dirty. The toilet has a crack in it by the living room. There was a bunch of young people outside sitting on table yelling and smoking pot. Keeping us all up. The air conditioner wasn't keeping the twin bed room cool or the bedroom by the living room cool. The icemaker had sand in the ice. The owners said we trashed the residents and we didn't. They tried to charge us 250.00 more for the maid only pay her 95.00 to do what .she apparently didn't do anything before we got there.. Each room had things in the closet that didn't belong to us .She the owner was nastey on the phone .I have stayed places for 26 yrs never had a problem till this lady. . I was very polite to her . She insulted me acting as though I am less then her. We checked every room a few times ,vacuumed the floor wiped the counters and took out our garbage and washed the dishes . I was very upset at what she had said we are good people homeowners ourselves and landlords. We never treated people the way she did us..
