This location is terrific, and the space did the job, but just an okay condition. The sliding glass door has missing blinds so for the person sleeping in the living room- the sun comes in full at 630 am. One bedroom has the HVAC units in the closet, so it's pretty loud. The closets are full of random stuff- not organized at all, and wires in corners makes it look messy- from a cleanliness perspective. Also- gas powered leaf blower used at 8am one morning and 9 am the next. Even if you're not sleeping, and enjoying the balcony- it's loud and annoying.
