Happy Haven has it all - great downtown location, two decks to relax on, and so much more! You'll enjoy all that this 3 story condo has to offer including 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a generous living space, and a fully stocked kitchen.

INSIDE
On the first floor, you will find a landing (great for dropping all your beach toys!), the garage, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen, half bath, and living room are on the second floor. The living room features a new flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious patio that has a new patio set and grill. On the third floor, you will find a large master bedroom with a new king size bed, twin day bed with trundle, smart TV, and access to the upper-level patio. Also on the third floor is the guest bedroom with a new queen bed and smart TV, and a full bathroom.
All the TVs are smart TVs that you can access your Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. Additional amenities include WiFi and air conditioning.
SLEEPING
This condo sleeps six with all bed and bath linens provided.
Bedroom #1 - King bed, twin daybed with trundle
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed
OUTSIDE
The lower deck has a new patio table, chairs, and a gas grill. The upper deck features a table and chairs as well. The musical fountain and fireworks can be seen from both decks. You won't have to worry about fighting traffic or crowds! (YAY!)

PARKING
Parking is provided for 3 vehicles. One inside the garage, one outside the garage, and the other in the designated space in the parking lot.
THE LOCATION
This condo is located in downtown Grand Haven by Chinook Pier. Chinook Pier features a farmers market, a splash pad and mini-golf for the kids, charter fishing, bike and boat rentals, and the boardwalk. It is also two blocks away from downtown Grand Haven, with its fabulous restaurants, bars, brewery, coffee shops, and boutique shops. Grand Haven State Park, the beach, and Lake Michigan are just a mile down the way. You can take the boardwalk, which starts at Chinook Pier, and walk along the channel to the beach.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Overall the condo was great although it is a bit outdated. Definitely need to attend to screen doors which both have large holes in them. Carpet could be updated as well. Management was very responsive to any of our needs throughout our stay. Location is super convenient.

We had a great time visiting family. This condo is so convenient to downtown. It’s also large enough for all to have dinner together and enjoy games. We got to enjoy the musical fountains from our balcony.

We started off with difficulty getting the front door to unlock.
After working with it for some time, my husband got it to open. Then he went into the garage and the opener did not work. The result of these two things was that he went to the hardware and bought a battery and replaced the one in the door. It then worked perfectly. Then he figured out how to get the garage to open. Something with two wires that only a man could do.
The next thing was the TV. We were promised either cable or satellite and had neither. Very disappointing as we like to watch football when on vacation.
It did rain all week but that was no fault of the owner. We had a fine time anyway.
