The host was great. Easy to communicate with, answered all questions quickly, and with our best interest in mind. The house was large enough that we could spread out and have space after long days at Disney. The drive to Disney was so easy and close. The house wasn’t the cleanest we have stayed in, only surface clean, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Take note that there is limited laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. There is not any soap to shower with. Good thing Walmart is close! There are also zero seasonings or pan spray, and the pans are well-used. Just know you are going to need a grocery run when you arrive. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We didn’t have much time at the park or the pool, but from the short time we were there, it was nice.Would we stay here again? Yes, but we would know what to expect next time. We do wish it had been a little bit cleaner, but as I said, the beds were clean and perfect for a good night's rest. The house is a little bit dated but very nice and plenty big.The communication with the host made it a very good trip, and we would return because of that and because of the location to Disney.

The house needs some major updating/painting. The carpet is dirty looking, air vents are dirty around them and the ceiling. Needs new furniture in the living room. Patio and pool area needs a good cleaning, 2 large screens are missing in the screened in area over the pool. Overall the house is decent and worked for us, just not very clean. It is in a nice area and the community pool/waterpark area was nice.
