The Bobcat checked many boxes for us: a large table so we could all eat together, multiple levels, large deck, pool table, beautiful kitchen, hot tub and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and other utensils were spotless!! The grill and utensils were spotless. Great covered fire pit. The home was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do.

I spent the weekend at this listing for my bachelorette. This property matched and superseded my expectations. Very comfortably we fit 17 people. The property was outfitted with everything we needed to have large group home cooked meals. The property is a five minute walk to the lake/beach. The property manager was very communicative and everything in the house was either self explanatory or property labeled. Thank you for helping make my weekend everything I dreamed it to be. Overall the house suited our needs but did not meet expectations. House was not clean upon entry, number of beach passes incorrect. Cleaning service came on day 2 after we were already moved in, very disruptive. Fire alarm needs new batteries. Screen door broken and did not fit on the track.
