The apartment is accessed from the main road, via a driveway gate that leads to the private parking space (for small cars). An external staircase leads to the first floor, to the terrace of the apartment, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Castiglione. The terrace is covered by an awning and is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. The terrace leads to the living room with sofa, TV, table/chairs, and two single beds, kitchenette equipped with gas cylinder hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven, a corridor leads to the double bedroom with single bed (small size suitable for children) with access to balcony and a renovated bathroom with shower, window and washing machine. From the apartment there is direct access to the seafront via a pedestrian gate avoiding busy roads. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, with a split in the living room and one in the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with two children, offering a welcoming retreat and spectacular views of the Tuscan coast.
