Brand new to the rental market, Enclave C5 is located minutes from one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, the famed "Little Hawaii" in Playa Avellanas, which is still pristine and undeveloped.
Professionally decorated by furniture manufacturers, C5 has been furnished for maximum relaxation, featuring high end, solid wood furniture, large televisions, Tempurpedic mattresses on every bed and large bathrooms with dual sinks for every bedroom. Need to get some work done? The office is a great place to get away from the noise and focus.
Enclave at Avellanas is a gated community, comprised of 51 units. the C5 cluster has the fewest units in the development, sharing a massive swimming pool, with two jetted tubs.
C5 has two living levels, with master & guest bedrooms on both the first and second floor. Each bedroom has its own private outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the local wildlife, including howler monkeys.
The fully equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your time in Costa Rica.
Open the massive family room slider and enjoy indoor/outdoor living, while steps from the massive swimming pool. The main outdoor patio comes complete with a gas grill and pizza oven. The Italian Store in Tamarindo is only a short drive from the home, with everything you need to make the perfect pizza from scratch.

The house was even better than expected, spacious, spotless, luxurious and perfectly laid out for a large group. We felt very safe in this private area near Avellanas Beach, with easy access to other stunning beaches nearby.The home was stocked with absolutely everything you could imagine, which made our stay so much better. Not just the kitchen, but even a storage room fully equipped with beach and pool items for guests to use, such a thoughtful touch.The pool was absolutely phenomenal, spacious, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed for all ages. It truly became the heart of the house, enjoyed by everyone from kids to adults.The host was amazing and extremely professional, nothing but positive experiences from start to finish. Our entire group loved staying here and would absolutely love to return.
