Only 300m to the natural beach and 8 minutes walk to the centre of Gialova.
Along the waterfront promenade you will find a culinary variety of restaurants and taverns, bars and cafés. For active holidaymakers, the region offers all kinds of possibilities, from water sports to hiking and cycling tours to golf. The beach clubs on the beaches convey Ibiza flair. The unique natural beach of Voidokilia takes your breath away.

The SUNSET VILLA is located on the top of 3 levels of the GH6 complex and can be reached via 99 steps. The villa extends over 3 floors.
Climbing steps is unavoidable for our guests. Please take this into account before booking.
The host fees are calculated from the final cleaning of € 150,- for the stay and additionally the Climate Resilience Fee of € 15,- (01.04.-31.10.) or € 4,- (01.11.-31.03.) per booked night. This environmental tax was introduced by the Greek government to promote climate protection and sustainable tourism and is not an enrichment for the hosts.
Intermediate cleaning for stays of more than 7 days can be organised on request and is to be paid for on site.
