Whispering Pines is a 1000 sq foot 2 bdrm, 2 bath chalet nestled in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the serene woodsy paradise while being close to all. The enclosed and scenic deck offers a spa, dining al fresco and a BBQ. Central to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain, the lake, shopping, dining and restaurants. Bring your furry family member and enjoy no pet fee. Enjoy our natural sled hill (weather permitting).

DOGS - We feel that our dogs are a part of our family and therefore do not charge an additional pet fee. Please be considerate and up front if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our cabin. We have nice furnishings and would like to continue providing this level of accommodations for our families and pets alike. We appreciate all of our responsible pet owners. Rest assured, although we are pet friendly, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness is our priority.
The entire chalet is for your use. There is one locked cabinet indoors for owner use and supplies.
Room for a max of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking.
Snow removal for driveway + path to front door arranged for guests during Winter. Snow shovel available.
Snow chains are required in the Winter.
On occasion during extreme weather Big Bear can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore as quickly as possible.
This is the mountains, there is always the possibility of encountering wildlife or insects. Use precautions.
The spa and house are sanitized between each guest. If you see anything not up to standards, notify us immediately upon check in and we will send someone directly.
A signed rental agreement and ID is required.
There is 1 security camera on premises at the exterior front door. Your privacy is greatly respected and valued.

Excellent communication with host! Thoughtfully laid out! Many nice touches! The more you stay, the longer you want to stay. The king size bed was very comfortable. The Clawfoot tub was a treat. Enjoyed cooking and being able to visit with family & enjoy the fire in the open floor plan - we really loved the Christmas Tree that made it special - Our Dog enjoyed our stay very much
