Fabulous condo recently renovated and approx. 5 minutes from Dollywood and 2 minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip. This 2BR, 2BA getaway features a jetted hot tub in the main suite, new comfy King mattress, and of course a dresser and closet to provide plenty of storage for your clothing. The ensuite bathroom includes a large shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen mattress, dresser and closet and a shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. The den has a new sofa bed that is perfect for teenagers or children. After a day of fun in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains, retreat back to Golf View Resort for a cool dip in the outdoor pool or relax on the private balcony nestled in the trees with a seasonal view of the golf course. Your children will love hearing the Dollywood train whistle from the balcony.
Autumn brings festivals and crisp mountain air, and it is the perfect time to cozy up to the newly remodeled seasonal fireplace or take a soak in the main suite hot tub. Winter brings Christmas parades, snow tubing and other outdoor adventures to our area. Our unit is a family favorite conveniently located to the indoor pool and sauna.
Golf View 2402 sleeps up to 4 adults & 2 children. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** You and your guests are sure to love this renovated condo with all new appliances, new flooring, newly renovated fireplace and new furnishings .This family-friendly, spacious condo has dedicated High Speed WIFI and Spectrum cable so you can enjoy relaxing in the new recliner and watching your favorite football team play and you and your family can still enjoy your Amazon and Netflix favorites while on vacation. Smart T.V. s are located in the family room and each bedroom. The condo is stocked with books and board games for rainy days or family "game" night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and the large dining room table seats six. There is also a shared community grill on the property. Golf View condos are located on the "quiet" end of Pigeon Forge just up Dollywood Lane from the strip and on the Gatlinburg Golf Course.. The resort has a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub and shared outdoor kitchen/bar area by the pool. There is also an indoor pool for year around swimming and a sauna. You can reach Gatlinburg (voted the best small town in TN according to Southern Living readers) approximately 7 miles away in about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Dollywood Lane Getaway! It was wonderfully clean and completely stocked with anything you could think of or need for a short or lengthy stay! The location was fantastic, as it was super close to Dollywood and conveniently located near the center of Pigeon Forge and near so many family friendly activities! It was also just minutes away from Gatlinburg. We were able to quickly communicate with Billy, the host, who answered all our questions and made some awesome dining recommendations! Junction 35 and Applewood’s Farm Restaurant were both amazing. Over all, a great experience and we will definitely book again when we come back in the future! You won’t regret this stay!

Our group was two adult women into teenage girls. We stayed over Thanksgiving in this perfect little get away. It was already decorated for Christmas, which was just what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the mountain and super close to Dollywood. Although we did not cook ourselves, the kitchen was filled with all the amenities that we would need if we had chosen to do so. We definitely will look to return to this location!
