Tile flooring, high quality carpet in the bedrooms and GRANITE COUNTERTOPS in the kitchen truly increase the upscale feel to this condo. With the balcony stretching across both the living and dining rooms, everyone has space to sit and relax to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on the Emerald Coast as well as direct access to the beach via the boardwalk -there's nothing more beautiful!! Now offering wireless internet. Well decorated and comfortable - you will enjoy your time here for sure!
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 Twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

Nice condo however I would get rid of the carpet in the bedrooms. In the master bedroom there was a urine smell. Not sure if a toilet backed up at some point or not, but there was a faint urine smell in that bedroom. Could use some additional cooking pans. Seemed limited. Updated patio furniture would be a plus. Seems old and was uncomfortable to sit in.
